Enjoy FREE USPS shipping within the United States and Canada on orders totaling $100 or more. (Please note this offer excludes punches and plate benders, ink roller sets, and items over 40 pounds.) RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Press Parts Pro, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, make sure you have a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will promptly notify you by email of the status of your return.
Late or not received refunds: If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend that you follow the following steps:
1. Double check your bank account to make sure the refund has not been credited to you.
2. Contact your credit card issuer as it may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.
3. Please contact your bank as it may take some processing time before the refund is reflected in your account.
